The text on the cover of issue 3 of the Journal of Bureaucracy Studies reads as follows: «Bureaucracy is the people who work in offices. These people have a lot of power. They often decide for others. This journal is about bureaucracy, art and other things in life.» The image description of the grey object looking like a Swiss cross reads: “Galleried” is a sculpture by Sung Tieu. “Galleried” is a prison architecture.
